Customer Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Washing Code collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes data for customers who book car washing and related services through our app or website.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email address, profile photo if uploaded, and account status.
- Vehicle data: car make, model, color, plate number, nickname, or free-text vehicle description.
- Service data: service type, package, optional services, booking date and time, order status, invoices, ratings, and support requests.
- Location data: customer address, latitude and longitude for the service location you choose, and location notes needed to perform the service.
- Payment data: transaction references, payment method, payment status, wallet balance, invoices, and Tap payment identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Device data: device identifiers such as device UUID, device ID, platform, app version, IP address, and session token for login and security.
- Push notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token and notification delivery information.
- Image/photo data: profile image and any photos you upload or provide for support or service verification.
2. Location Data
For customers, we collect the service address and precise GPS coordinates only when you add or select a service location or request a service that needs location access.
Your service location is shared with the assigned provider/delivery worker so they can reach you and complete the booked service.
Customers may view the provider's live location during an active order when the provider has enabled location sharing for that job.
3. How We Use Customer Data
- Create and manage your account.
- Process bookings, payments, invoices, package usage, refunds, wallet transactions, and support requests.
- Assign providers to your order and show relevant order tracking information.
- Send OTP/login messages, service updates, reminders, and push notifications.
- Improve service quality, prevent fraud, debug errors, and maintain platform security.
4. Data Sharing
- Assigned providers receive only the information needed to perform your service, such as name, service location, vehicle details, and order details.
- Payment processors such as Tap receive payment details needed to process card or wallet payments.
- Google/Firebase services may process device, push notification, crash, or messaging data as needed for app functionality.
- Google Maps services may process map, geocoding, routing, or location information when map features are used.
- We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect users, providers, or our rights.
5. Retention
Customer account data is retained while your account remains active. Order, invoice, transaction, and tax/accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
Service location data connected to completed jobs is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless it must be retained with order records for legal, accounting, dispute, or safety reasons.
6. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion from inside the app using the delete account feature, or by contacting us at washingcode@gmail.com.
When deletion is requested, we delete your account, sessions, addresses, cars, wallet profile, notifications, payment intents, and related application data where deletion is legally permitted. We may keep limited records when required by law, tax/accounting obligations, fraud prevention, unresolved disputes, or completed transaction history.

Provider / Delivery Privacy Policy
This policy applies to providers, delivery workers, technicians, and service partners who use the Washing Code provider app to accept and complete service jobs.
Required location disclosure: We collect precise GPS coordinates while you have an active service job. Location is updated every 30 seconds during active jobs. Location is shared with customers who have booked your service. Active job location records are deleted or anonymized 30 days after job completion unless we need to keep them longer for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution.

- Provider profile data: vehicle type, vehicle plate, license number, availability status, online/offline state, last seen time, and job acceptance status.
- Precise location data: current latitude and longitude, location update time, and job route/location status while you are online or assigned to an active service job.
- Job data: assigned orders, order stages, status updates, completion times, ratings, customer feedback, and performance statistics.
- Photos/images: profile images and any photos uploaded for identity, vehicle, license, service, or support verification.
- Device identifiers: device UUID, device ID, platform, app version, IP address, session token, and similar identifiers used for login, fraud prevention, account security, and troubleshooting.
- Push notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token and notification delivery information.
2. Location Data Collection and Frequency
We collect precise GPS coordinates while you have an active service job. Location is updated every 30 seconds during active jobs.
We may also store your last known location and last seen time when you are online or available so we can assign nearby service jobs and improve dispatch accuracy.
You can stop active location sharing by going offline, completing/cancelling the active job where permitted, logging out, or disabling location permission in your device settings. Some provider features may not work without location access.
3. Who Location Data Is Shared With
Location is shared with customers who have booked your service. During an active job, the customer may see your approximate or precise live position so they can track arrival and service progress.
Location may also be accessible to authorized Washing Code operations/support staff for dispatch, support, safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and service quality review.
4. Location Data Retention
Active job location records are deleted or anonymized 30 days after job completion unless we need to keep them longer for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution.
General order records, ratings, invoices, and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
5. Firebase, Google Services, Maps, and FCM
- We use Firebase services for authentication-related messaging infrastructure, device tokens, push notifications, and app messaging features.
- We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send job assignments, order updates, reminders, service alerts, and operational messages to your device.
- We may use Google Maps, geocoding, routing, distance, or map display services to calculate distance, find nearby jobs, show routes, and display locations.
- Google/Firebase may process device identifiers, FCM tokens, IP address, app instance data, crash/diagnostic data, and location/map requests according to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. How We Use Provider Data
- Create and manage your provider account.
- Verify eligibility, vehicle/license details, availability, and service assignment suitability.
- Assign nearby customer jobs and show route/location progress during active services.
- Send push notifications about jobs, order stages, customer updates, reminders, and support messages.
- Measure service quality, handle ratings, support tickets, complaints, disputes, fraud prevention, and platform safety.
- Maintain accounting, operational reports, performance statistics, and legal compliance records.
7. Data Sharing
- Customers who booked your service may see your name, profile information, service status, rating information, and live location during the active job.
- Authorized Washing Code staff may access provider data for dispatch, support, safety, quality, fraud prevention, and operational management.
- Google/Firebase and Google Maps may process data needed for push notifications, maps, routing, location services, and diagnostics.
- We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect customers, providers, or our rights.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion from inside the provider app using the delete account feature, or by contacting us at washingcode@gmail.com.
We may reject or delay deletion while you have active jobs. When deletion is allowed, we delete your provider account, sessions, notification reads, delivery assignments, targets, and related app data where deletion is legally permitted. We may keep limited records when required by law, accounting/tax obligations, fraud prevention, completed job history, safety investigations, or unresolved disputes.

Security, International Processing, and User Choices
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risks through access controls, logging, and secure infrastructure practices.
Your data may be processed by service providers in countries other than your country of residence. We use such providers only where needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You can update profile data in the app, disable permissions through device settings, log out of sessions, request account deletion, or contact support for privacy questions.
